At South Traditions, we strive to deliver high-quality traditional food products. If you are not satisfied, the following policy applies:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Only unopened, unused, and non-tampered food products in original packaging are eligible.
Opened, used, or perishable food items are not returnable due to hygiene and food safety laws.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
Approved cases will receive a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (Shopify Payments, PayPal, card, UPI, etc.).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Orders may be canceled before dispatch only.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return eligibility rules.
Before raising a chargeback or PayPal dispute, please contact us first.
Unauthorized or false claims may result in account restrictions, as per Shopify Payments and PayPal policies.
