We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping
    Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.
    Ideal for cost-effective, non-urgent orders.

  • Expedited Shipping
    Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
    Recommended for faster delivery.

  • Next-Day Delivery

    Available for McKinney, Prosper,Allen and Frisco Texas  only.
    Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to qualify.

    Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, carrier, and external conditions

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Expedited and Next-Day shipping incur additional charges, shown before payment.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods or due to food preparation requirements, processing times may vary.

  • Any significant delay will be communicated via email.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

  • At this time, we only ship within the USA.

  • For bulk orders or special international requests, please contact us before placing an order.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
